Platform Usage

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing or using the emma803 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app or any other device — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the emma803 platform. Continued use following any changes to the terms signifies your acceptance of the updated version. This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Malaysian law.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to register only one active account on the emma803 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in account suspension and any associated funds being frozen until identity verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. emma803 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

3. Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the emma803 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Conducting transactions or activities intended to falsify, manipulate or defraud the platform's systems.
• Coluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Using your account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Misusing customer support channels or disrupting platform operations in a manner that affects other users.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without refund of any balance associated with the breaching activity.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on the emma803 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via payment methods available on the platform at the time, including online bank transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated in the platform's payment guide.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stated timeframe. The platform reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing withdrawals in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit or a verified method registered under the account holder's name.

Bonuses & Promotions

Any bonuses or promotions offered by emma803 are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms set for each offer. Bonus terms will be stated separately. Using a bonus in a manner that contravenes its stated conditions may result in the bonus being forfeited.

5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policies

The emma803 platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors or unauthorised access that occur beyond the platform's control.

The platform makes no guarantee that its services will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control, such as third-party network failures, may cause temporary disruptions, which shall not constitute any liability on the part of the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

Emma803 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, platform abuse, breach of terms of use, or unlawful activity. In the event of a legitimate account closure, any balance not associated with a breach of terms will be returned in accordance with established procedures. The platform also reserves the right to decline or freeze withdrawal requests while an investigation is ongoing.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the emma803 platform — including logos, text, designs, graphics, software and other visual elements — is the property of the platform or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without express written permission from the platform.

The platform may contain references or links to third-party services. emma803 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms

Emma803 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
